HIRING THE PREMISES OR ANY PART OF PRAVASI MANDAL.

Pravasi Mandal is situated at the above address. It offers car park up to six cars at the rear of the premises. The access to it is from Melton Road. We have a parking bay in the front of the premises for our disabled mini- bus. Near to it a drive way to the garage. During the day it can be used for parking one car. Off the Elsden Road there are plenty of unrestricted car parking places available.

The premises have number of options available to tailor the needs of client's requirements. We are serving the aged and disabled able people during the day. We, therefore expect client's consideration on safety and cleanliness aspect. We have a disabled access at front and rear of premises and have both gents and ladies disabled toilet facilities.

We provide flip charts, and can hire power point presentation screen and or projector at nominal extra rent. Access to e mailing facility if required at just nominal fees of £1. We provide comfortable chairs and tables to your requirements.

We have separate small kitchen for the tea and coffee facility. If your meetings are during lunch or tea time, we can provide vegetarian snacks; sandwiches etc according to your budget and needs.

CHARGES:

1	Main Hall	£16 P.H.	Capacity up to 100 people. Conference room facility. Flip chart available. Power point presentation facility. It includes use of kitchen and a room for laying lunch or drinks.
2	Partition Room	£13 P.H.	Capacity up to 25 people. Flip chart facility. Use of kitchen facility.
3	Computer Room	£10 P.H.	Capacity of up to 15 people. Ideal for committee meetings. Flip chart facility. Can connect to our computer for any presentation if required.
4	Prayer Room	£10 P.H.	Capacity of up to 15 people. Ideal for committee meetings. Flip chart facility.

£10 deposit is taken at the time of booking. This is only refundable if the

cancellation notice is given at least 4 days before the booking date by either

party. Management reserves the right to cancel any bookings at short notice.
